Preaching and Teaching
4 years preaching in the U.S. and 21 years in South America (Uruguay and Argentina).
Teaching experience at Mid-South Christian College (Memphis, TN), the Instituto Bíblico de la Iglesia de Dios (Church of God Bible Institute, Buenos Aires), and at the Instituto Cristiano de Enseñanza y Capacitación (Christian Institute of Teaching and Training, also in Buenos Aires).

Leadership Development/Organizational Consulting
Dr. Waddell's current position at Mid-South Christian College involves taking the college through the process of achieving accreditation, institutional improvement, and strategic planning.
He is also prepared to provide consultation for both religious and non-religious organizations in the areas of organizational learning and development.
